Increase Your pH Level

There are many foods and beverages that cause a plummet in the pH (hydrogen potential) level of our bodily fluids. As the pH level declines, the systemic inflammation increases. Inflammation leads to almost every chronic illness.

Heart disease and cancer are the two most deadly inflammatory diseases.

Processed foods, animal proteins and pharmaceutical drugs are the main culprits in the food category; with soda, coffee, sugary drinks and alcohol leading the way for beverages. Stress also lowers pH levels. Anyone who has had a bout of gout might understand how detrimental a plummeting pH due to an increase of acid can be.

We must address our health concerns through the terrain of our biological system. This is the missing link we have all been ignoring as we continue to seek a quick fix scheme that rarely provides successful outcomes.

Cancer begins when the pH slips under 6. Soda, for example, has a pH between 2 and 4 (yikes). Animal proteins are between 5 and 6.

How to raise pH levels:

  • minerals
  • lemon water
  • bicarbonate sodium
  • sulfur crystals
  • a vegetarian type diet
  • high pH water
  • avoid stress

If you are a cancer patient, strive for a pH of 8 or more. You will not believe what happens.
