Our Story
We didn’t start as a company—we started as a response to a problem we couldn’t ignore. After seeing people left depleted by chronic illness; after seeing women navigate late-stage cancer with no roadmap for recovery; we realized something was missing in healthcare. Not treatment—restoration. So we built The Health Education Center.

the center evolved into a full-time mission by 2015—driven by an unwavering refusal to accept unnecessary suffering. Amy has supported women nationwide in restoring hormonal balance, managing weight, and recovering from chronic conditions. Guided by the belief that no one should be left without hope, Dr. DeFabio has pioneered advanced, synergistic protocols for late-stage cancer—delivering therapeutic-grade care that is both accessible and affordable. What began as a vision to educate and support women has since expanded into a far-reaching mission, now serving men, women, children, and even pets.
For years, Adriana operated as the quiet engine behind the organization’s growth. While others saw the front-facing innovation, she was building the framework that would allow the model to scale. Adriana took over this family-owned enterprise last year to lead its national expansion. She believes that trusted, root-cause health solutions should be accessible to everyone, everywhere.
Her transition into leadership marks a strategic evolution from clinical innovation to scalable enterprise. Adriana has a long-term vision with an unwavering commitment to the organization’s mission:

Amy left a recognized 35-year career in corporate hospitality management to fulfill her true calling as a women’s empowerment coach. Known for her integrity, empathy, and relational intelligence, she mentors women toward balance and wholeness through faith-centered guidance. Amy operates at the intersection of leadership and purpose due to her ability to build trust, inspire confidence, and foster accountability.

Certified Natural Health Consultant. Known for her discipline, clarity, and results-driven mindset, Adriana approaches both health and business through the same educational, preventive, and therapeutic lens—building systems and driving strategy designed for long-term impact. She understands the therapeutic architecture at a foundational level and has been instrumental in translating clinical brilliance into a replicable health platform.

Product Developer
Dr. DeFabio is a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor, author, and integrative health authority who brings over 30 years of clinical research, product development, and chronic disease prevention into advanced, life-changing protocols. Through decades of clinical observation, he identified the Synergistic Method: patients achieved transformative, lasting outcomes when therapeutic nutraceuticals were structurally integrated with education and disciplined adherence.
